Eternal memories

Taking a moment to admire and muse on,

All those milestones, turning points,

And Landmarks we voyaged, until now.

Those wedding bells ringing with seaters and greeters,

Graced with Ushers and bridesmaids,

Accompanying the two of us with a great deal of wishes and good luck.

I can still recollect the scent of lilies and orchids,

That assured it was going to be fairly fancy.

That pleasant baby shower with even more pleasing memories.

Followed by the patter of those tiny feet,

Those little hands trying to grab my finger

That lovely smile and glittery eyes of our angel,

Didn't realize how I got so lucky,

I guess it all started with your knock at my life's door!

Man of her dreams

You are that hiccup,

I'd never want to get rid of.

That maze in which,

I'd love to get lost.

That restriction, I'd never cross.

That knot, I'd never undo.

That fantasy, I wish was true.

May I?

Source- wazifaforlove.com
May I have this dance with you?
May I trust you to lift me?
May I hold you closer,
and look you in the eye?
May I topple over on purpose,
so you could grab me?
May I seize the moment,
As I whisper how high am I?

May I wink at my worries,
So I could focus on your charm?
May I be consumed with your desire?
May I admire your persona,
As I caress your soul?
May I be endowed with your tenderness?
May I ask you to be my main?
May I embrace you forever?

It's YOU

Source- feelgrafix.com
Your love is like a shroud of mist,
Obscuring all the gloominess within me.
I lay aside my worries,
and cease to think of my fears.
No No.. it doesn't happen deliberately,
It's an unintentional affair.

Your love is like the Vodka shots,
It has got me insanely high.
Perhaps, there's some spell in your touch,
An irresistible pleasure in your Aura.
A temptation in your essence,
That makes me tune into the ultimate ecstasy.

Ask me about my serendipitous encounter,
And I'd promptly say, It's YOU..

Empower one another

I don't speak on this as often and as much as I should, but this is something that we must believe in.
If a girl has a boyfriend, that does not make her a sinner. If she has been in 15 relationships so far, that does not make her a slut. What if she trusts people easily and has been cheated for all those times? Do you even know how it's like to have your heart being stabbed and broken for so many times?

If her dress has a cleavage, or she drinks or wears heavy makeup or has all guy friends, that does not give you a right to judge her. If she's proud of her body and likes to flaunt it, that's totally her choice. You are nobody to make false assumptions about her. A girl wearing shorts may be a virgin and the one wearing a suit may or may not be, that's none of our business to judge people on the basis of the way they dress up, their lifestyle or family background.

I feel sorry for the people and especially the females who instantly form negative opinions about other women who are bold enough to carry themselves out in public. We should rather empower each other than spreading hatred and false rumors. It's awful that we ourselves are the major reason for letting us down.

You will agree that most of the mothers (in fact my own mother) have always barred their daughters from doing so many things that they think is "inappropriate" for us to do. You have to sit decently, talk decently, dress decently. Some woman, being the cooler one(as much as she could) suggested me to wear whatever I like, but not at the places filled with uneducated eyes where it might be inappropriate.

I don't understand a simple thing that why is still there a need to teach us rather than teaching those men who can't even have a control over themselves?
Someone (a guy) told me that he agrees with me, but men just can't help it, it's natural for them to get aroused by the bare skin of women, there's no solution to it, it's "man's nature". And I didn't have words to express how disturbed I was after hearing that.
I totally agree that there could be a scientific fact that they get attracted more than women do on seeing men, but I do not agree that they're not even strong enough to control those feelings for the sake of humanity! Is it that difficult, seriously?

I'm not promoting anything, I personally, do not feel comfortable wearing a deep neck top, but I am not making a statement that it's wrong to wear.
There's no universal wrong or right. It's just a matter of one's opinion. And all I want to say is that we are no one to make opinions on anyone, but ourselves. If you're not in favour of something, that's your personal choice. Something may be wrong for you and right for someone else. If you can't spread love, please do not spread hatred.

A Real Hero

Many would say they can die for you,
And they would actually mean it,
But only a few would actually dare,
To live and survive for you.
Every now and then,
Even after facing worst atrocities in life,
They'll be as strong as ever.
For they know that they're the reason,
Behind many smiles and many hopes.
That's something a real hero does,
They keep challenging their lives,
Sometimes they win, sometimes they learn,
But they never fail as they never give up.
One day life surrenders in front of them,
And they rule the world..

Happiness is..

Mom's excitement when I buy her,
Some fancy cookware.
Papa's pride when he sees me,
Taking a step forth in life.
Sister's silent relief on seeing me,
back home after a while.
Tikki wale uncle's content,
As he knows even if no one does,
I'll always have one plate of chole bhature.
Rikshaw wale bhaiya's delightment,
When I don't argue with his rate.
My doggy's tail, twirling around,
When I pat him and bring him his favorite salami.
My little cousins' enthusiasm,
When I pretend to be a guest in their tea party game.
When my bestie is all smiles, on seeing that I still care,
Even if we no longer share the same room.
I am happy, when they're happy.
If they're not, why would I be?

The Story of A Suicide by Sriram Ayer

The Story of A Suicide by Sriram Ayer and illustrations by Ghana is a heartbreaking story packed with Drama. Trauma. Love. Betrayal. Lust. Hatred. Revenge. It would not do justice if I used only one adjective to describe it. Want to know why? Then, You must probably read it right away without any further ado.

It's a stark reality that suicidal tendencies and attempts are most widespread among youngsters these days. A teenager's juvenile temperament is certainly not composed enough to deal with critical issues of the society. Sadly these people are the most targeted ones as the blooming flowers are most prone to being plucked. As you grow up you realize that giving up is not a choice, you either deal with the situation or find a solution to it. There are many lives that are connected with yours, you can't just be so much wrapped up in yourself to opt for an easier way that is escaping and giving up on life.

The Story Of A Suicide effectively unveils the hypersensitive issues that persist in our society such as chauvinism, sexual abuse and cyber bullying.
What I liked the most about this novel is that it is so descriptive with every minute detailing of every scene that you can easily paint the situation in your mind. From the visual portrayal and sound effects of surroundings to the body language and expressions of eyes and lips, there are so many instances in the story that make you comprehend the characters and the surroundings so well. Throughout the 31 chapters, I could actually imagine vivid images of Charu, Hari, Mani and Sam.

All four of them are depicting completely different attributes that do exist in many youngsters. Charu is portrayed as the bold and fearless one. She is a free spirit who can't be tamed by the rules set by people around her. Her words and actions do complete justice to her fearless attitude. Hari on the other hand is the nervy one, as he lacks the courage to voice the torture that he has gone through in his childhood to his parents, he doesn't open up with people very easily as Charu does. He is always anxious about his sexuality and feelings. Mani's character has been put up as a boy who had a distressing childhood and is the only hope of her mother who has gone through a lot. Both Hari and Mani have a frightening past, perhaps they connect so well because they can understand each other's pain very well.
Sam is a tech geek (a.k.a tech guru) and is utterly obsessed with social media as most of the teenagers are these days. He feels very proud of his technical skills and rich background. He is portrayed as an egoistical and haughty character who also has this little soft corner for the girl he loves.

I could connect to many traits of each of the characters that are put into words in this novel.
Hari's parents absolutely reflected my parents as they are equally protective of me. But at the same time they are unaware of the situations which I deal with everyday. Even if they got to know they wouldn't be able to understand me because of the generation gap between us and completely opposite perspectives. Same is the case with Hari and his parents.
Ironically, Hari's father never got to know about the miserable sufferings that Hari had gone through in his Childhood and weren't willing to accept his sexuality despite being so fearful about him getting hurt.
There is no single protagonist in the plot, almost equal attention has been given to the lives of all four of them. The narrative is very expressive and has tints of teenage slang that makes the plot even more credible.

Ayer has very brilliantly drawn the psychedelic experiences, hallucinations, past memories and dreams of the characters. One might get baffled at first but as soon as it is realized that what is being illustrated, he/she will be completely mesmerized by the thought of it and could also relate oneself to some of them.
Beautiful and evocative illustrations by Ghana just add more drama to the reader's imagery. There is an appreciable South Indian touch in the narration with use of words such as "Amma", "Appa", "Aiyoo" and many more.
The plot addresses both feminist and male chauvinist comments passed by the characters so there's no one-sidedness towards a particular sex.
There's a clever use of words that brings apt feelings of young lust, desire, concern, fear, dilemma and rage as the page turns to unravel another chapter. The story ends on a tragic note touching reader's soul to the core.

Personally, I think committing suicide could only make things worse. And it takes a lot more courage to live, survive and fight with your hardships than taking such drastic step. There are many people out there suffering from fatal diseases, who are fighting each and every day to survive in this battle called life. There are many who are not even sure if they would be able to survive another day or not, but still you can see that hope in their eyes to wake up next morning and embrace the sunlight. You are more than lucky if you're healthy, can buy yourself enough food and have at least one person in your life who loves you. Many people pray and yearn for what you already have. I don't think giving up the most precious thing for the sake of a heart break makes enough sense. I know it's really hard to deal with depression, there are many painful incidents that happen in our lives. But it's not the end, there must be at least one good reason for you to live, you just need to search for it and make yourself feel better.

All in all I simply loved the concept behind The Story of A Suicide. You may read the complete plot at this http://www.storyofasuicide.com/  link. Also, there are 'How do I' links on the right alignment of the website that are great sources of help to deal with similar challenges that we face in our lives.

Horlicks Growth+ #CatchUpOnGrowth

Pic Credits- growthplus.horlicks.in
Growth and development are the two indispensable things for a child's sound health. We all must have noticed that in earlier times, children used to be much more healthier and immune than now. Today's fast moving living standards have resulted in poor eating habits of children.
Every child craves for fast food and candies which lack in essential nutrients required to have a proper growth. These things make their stomachs full and they refuse to have the beneficial diet. This is the reason that has made most of the parents worried about their child's irregular or hampered growth. Their concern towards this is absolutely reasonable as this can cause many problems in a child's physical and psychological health.

Falling behind in height, weight or sharpness can cause loss of self-confidence in children. They may be subjected to humiliation by other children of the same age group. No parent would want their child to have a childhood where they feel weak and low. So, it's very essential for the parents to make their children to catch up on their lost growth.
To find a solution to this problem it's necessary to find the reason behind why most of the children are lagging behind in proper growth as per their age.

Slow growth means that their body is not getting sufficient nutrients and protein required for effective metabolism. For this, a child must intake a balanced diet that contains all the necessary nutrients for their well being. But it's really difficult to make them eat every food that is known to be enriched with a particular nutrient as children prefer eating outside junk food. There might be chances that you wouldn't be able to make them have every nutrient and necessary amount of protein in their diet.

Sunshine awaits further

 Some choices we make,
Some promises that break,
Some wounds and freckles,
Some inside devils,
Some needy compromises,
Some bitter sacrifices,
Some grudges and regrets,
Some failures and threats,
Are a part of our lives,
which we have to face,
one day or another,
To see the Sunshine,
that awaits further...

Stop #BodyBashing

Source- http://www.healthylevelup.com/2016/04/01/the-body-shaming-trend/
Shaming someone for their body type is not cool at all, rather it's offensive. It's a fact that many people get labelled with "Too fat", "Too skinny", "Too short", "Too dark", "Too curvy", "Flat" or "Ugly" tags which is quite pathetic. Body shaming trend needs to be stopped right away because let's face it, no one in  this world is perfect. Right? If you're not a perfect person, you have no right of ridiculing someone else for not being one.

Many people get discouraged on being subjected to such kind of behavior. They start feeling conscious and hesitant with their body-type. And this thing can leave a long term effect on many people's lives. It could result in loss of confidence and even depression. I don't think ignoring people buzzing rubbish about you and feeling dejected is a solution to it. You should first bring the self-assurance within yourself. Because it's absolutely OK to be skinny or big, curvy or curve-less. And, it's equally offensive to scorn someone for being any of these.

I have been teased many a times for being heavy. It felt awful, I started cutting out my diet to a huge extent. I gave up having breakfast and snacks at tea-time. It was really very hard for me but I wanted to stop people from making fun of me. As a result, I became very skinny. I suffered from hair loss and also my health went down. Still, I was satisfied because I was sure that now I won't be the butt of ridicule. But, again I was wrong, now those same faces suddenly realized that I was a lot more cuter earlier and have become too much skinny. I was again subjected to the same kind of mockery, the only difference was, that this time it was for being skinny. At that point of time, I realized that I should stop getting worried from people's comments about my body-type. I started taking care of my diet.
Now, I have a normal size but I wouldn't mind being fat or skinny as far as I'm healthy.

You should accept yourself with all your uniqueness, strengths and weaknesses. Even if you're not satisfied with yourself, all you could do is just put efforts towards improving yourself. You can definitely get better by working out on it but can not change yourself completely because that is how you were born and God chose you to be that unique character, which you're playing right now.
Accept it proudly and never let anyone's mockery or hate, disturb your lifestyle.
There's nothing wrong with your imperfections, accepting your flaws gracefully is as beautiful as being flawless.

Is Loving Unconditionally, Stupid?

Unconditional love is the one that's really hard to find in someone but your mother. Since, only a mother could love her child without wanting or expecting anything, mind me not even a tiny little thing, in return. She would make a hell lot of sacrifices for you without even letting you know, without making them count to you. You probably, will never even know those million little things she has done to see just a little smile on your face. Its natural to have such feelings for someone who you have given birth to. And, everyone loves their mothers the most. Isn't it?
But what about loving someone who you are not related to by blood and that too wholeheartedly even after being dejected by them a whole lot of times?

What if it's not a two-way street? I mean it's obvious that people take you for granted, most of the times if you start giving too much attention to them. It really takes a big heart to love someone without ever questioning them or restricting them from anything. Is it fine to just let them free and keep waiting for the time they'll realize your importance in their lives?
Personally, I always try to be nice to everyone. But, it's not that I get the same treatment in return. Some care. Some don't. And, I feel awful when I don't get the same attention from them. Clearly, that's human nature, to have expectations from people who we care about.
Everyone needs love and at-least one reason to be happy.

I don't think it's right to keep sacrificing and making efforts for someone continuously without getting any appreciation for it. Such people will eventually end up being depressed and feeling unwanted. Rather, it's better to make the other person feel your importance by not doing those things for a while and letting them spot your significance in their lives as they'll notice how difficult it is for them to survive without you. But, if they still don't see any change in their lives and continue ignoring your efforts, I don't think they'll ever realize your value. In that case, it's better to move on and stop being generous to someone who doesn't even fit to be a part of your life.
Everyone deserves to be at-least appreciated for what they do, if not getting anything back in return.

So, unconditional love is surely the most beautiful thing, IF it is for someone who is worthy of it and treasures it. But, not for someone who doesn't deserve it.

Till my last breath

I will always remember,
That beguiling glance,
which gave me a million butterflies,
That golden touch,
which got goosebumps all over me,
That pleasing personality,
which left me thinking how lucky I was to have you,
That candid heart full of love,
which resolved all my hiccups,
That pretty puppy face,
which made me melt like a popsicle in summer,
That hilarious humor,
which tickled my funny bone.
I will always remember,
Those deep voiced words
you whispered to my ears,
And will keep it here with me,
till my last breath,
till my world ends.

Are you ready for redi-GO?

Click for source
While purchasing a new vehicle, people are always very fussy and selective, so am I. Right now there are plenty of different models of sedan, SUV, sports car, hatchback in the market. But we're always bewildered about which one suits us the best. Isn't it?
The best thing about hatchbacks is that they are way more affordable than sedan, SUV or a sports car. But for the wanderlusts like me who crave for the long road trips, have to give a second thought while taking a hatchback to the rough and bumpy areas.

Wouldn't it be great if we could combine a hatchback and an SUV to give birth to a car that's small and easier to drive like a hatchback with tough on and off road ability like an SUV?
Yes, I think you're getting to the point, I'm talking about a crossover car that borrows the features from SUV and hatchback to give a really cool, comfortable and tough vehicle for helping us to beat our urban blues.

Datsun, India has always been very promising in launching cars with new technologies and modern designs. I think Datsun absolutely understands the features what most of the people desire in a car as they are bringing us India's first ever Urban cross, the Datsun redi-GO. An ultimate fusion of urban hatchback and compact crossover. Here are some startling features of this car that I couldn't resist myself from mentioning.

The aggressive look of this car gives it a modern, sporty and cool look. The large sweptback headlamps contribute a big part to the striking look of this car. The flared wheel arches and aerodynamic lines that extend into the boot makes a very attractive side profile. The tail lamps give a boomerang like look as they extend from the rear wheel to the middle of the boot door.

redi-GO seems to have an elegant interior with a modern looking dashboard in a classy grey color. The center console has a unique design with embedded fan and music system. The high mounted and thin seats appear quite comfortable. The designers have done a great job in low priced limit as it has enough space for five adults. It also has front power windows, AC, two large bottle holders, driver side airbag and a 12 V port for charging.

I have not taken the test drive yet but on seeing other reviews about the same car, I'm amused by the engine performance. Redi-GO uses 799cc three-pot 53bhp motor and is based on CMF-A platform. It accelerates very smoothly that allows the driver to experience an easy and comfortable drive. It has a power assisted brake and a smooth clutch that doesn't let the driver to be tired of driving it.

If I get a chance to take a test drive of this beauty, I'd prefer to test it in my city, Bathinda for a long drive and also on the way to Manali as I'm sure it's tough enough to drive all the way to the hills and it would be really easier to drive such a car on a tiresome journey.

So get ready to experience "Fun. Freedom. Confidence. The ultimate Urban Cross - Datsun redi-GO - the capability of a crossover with the convenience of a hatchback."

What God is to me

The perception of optimism in the world full of despair,

Survival of zest in the deepest melancholy,

A ray of hope in the midst of darkness,

Dominion of pure love over the wealthy hatred,

The unpainted desire in a wretched heart,

Commencement of healing in the bruised parts,

Is what God is to me.

Adventure trek to Kheerganga and Manthalai Lake

Traveling and exploring go hand in hand. For experiencing a startling trip, you must have some adventure during your vacation by including venturesome activities such as trekking, hill climbing, some kind of campaign, cliff jumping or perhaps, it could be bungee jumping. But not to forget that these activities include a great risk and must be practiced only under an expert's guidance and with all the life jackets and stuff.

Almost all the adventure lovers prefer going to hilly areas that have a lot more ventures to offer than the other tourist spots. The Himalayan Range, in India is a great place for the wanderlusts who long to experience the reckless campaigns. There's no doubt that there are a plenty of treks to venture in the Himalayas. However, I'd prefer to drift in the Kheerganga and Manthalai lake trek because I found it quite amusing and thrilling in pictures and from the experiences of the people who have traveled there.

As the word adventure explains it all, this trip should definitely include driving all the way to the hills. After all, road trips are the best ones for the explorers. As you travel independently and could stop by anywhere in between, there are no boundaries of time or places you travel. You can easily change plans according to your mood without worrying about anything else such as plane ticket booking or reaching railway station on time, etc.

Trek to Kheerganga is not an easy one. You have to find like minded daredevils who are ready to take this kind of journey. Kheerganga is situated in Parvati Valley near Manikaran. It is known for its natural Hot water Springs and has enthralling views of hill tops and valleys. However, this place is open for only 6-7 months in an year because the weather turns really cold around the winters. Whereas, Manthalai Lake is in the origin of river Parvati and is one of the most beautiful lakes in the foothills of Himalayas surrounded by the glaciers.

Before, starting this valiant trip, the most important thing to do is to prepare a bagpack of all the necessary things that you may require during the trip which must contain a torch, food, water bottle, a map of your trek and other basic requirements that you'll need. Following is how I've planned to take this exhilarating venture.

First of all, I will start this trip from Chandigarh followed by Kharar, Ropar, Kiratpur, Sundarnagar, Bilaspur, Mandi and finally Kullu, from where the path separates into two different stations, one towards Manali and other towards Kasol that is to be followed. Kasol is a winsome village of Kullu that is known for its amazing and delightful cafes and restaurants such as Evergreen cafe, Rainbow cafe, Moon dance cafe and many more. These cafes let you have an experience of Israeli cuisine. You can see a lot of Israeli and European youth in this place who are living on their own without having any modern Lifestyle. It is full of impressive spots and views and is always checked on the list of explorers.

Then proceeding to another scenic village Tosh that is 18km from Kasol after covering Manikaran and Barshani. These regions have a different kind of tradition, since it's a rural place. Inhabitants of Kasol or Tosh do not let people enter into temples or touch any holy place. They follow the rules of Malana. Following Tosh, comes the trek of 3 hours to Kheerganga. Then, a visit to the beautiful Rainbow point which is reached in half an hour trek further from Kheerganga. This place is known to create picturesque rainbows on all the sides right after the Rainfall. It is full of  camps of hippie Israeli people. They don't let people click photos of the place and always keep the surroundings clean and tidy.

Then after Kheerganga there's an 18 km trek to Tunda Bhuj followed by 16 km trek to Thakar Kaun, and further 12 km trek to Pandu Bridge. After Pandu Bridge, there is a 15 km trek to the final destination that is Manthalai lake. This whole trip takes around 10-12 days according to your efficiency of trekking and hiking. You get to live in tents and eat different cuisines, meet various kinds of people and getting across unique cultures and lifestyles. This trek could be really tiresome but at same time is very stimulating and electrifying.

**All the photos belong to Abhinav Chawla, taken by him during his hike.

Free Spirit

 Boho chic playing her guitar

Unconventional and bizarre

As brilliant as a shooting star

Got everyone airy and tipsy

When she moves like a gypsy

Grooving until she gets dizzy

Some call her hippie, some call her freak

But she sustains, without getting weak

Discerning she's eccentric and unique

Since that's all what matters

Let your nemesis chatter

Leave them speechless later..!

Engaging affair of the blooming buds,

A pleasant present from dawning spring,

Elevates the yearning of foliage,

As bright as sun, as pretty as angels.

Radiant rays of the golden sun,

Spearing through the thick canopy,

Directed in the eyes of a dreary soul,

As straight as an arrow, As warm as a cuddle.

Refreshing droplets from the clouded sky,

Some gushing down in the lush greenery,

Some irrigating the shriveled lands,

As lively as a smile, as large as life.

Transition of the seasons,

Shades of the splendid fall,

From greenish yellow to reddish brown,

As light as a feather, as lovely as ever.

Brisky breeze in the ice cold weather,

With surreal snowflakes unfurling all around,

Creates the illusion of fantasy,

As pure as faith, as dazzling as stars.

My Ideal Yatra

Experiences and memories are all that matter to us as humans. Money, people and things will come and go but memories stay with you forever. Everyone needs a perfect vacation in their lives from time to time to sit back, relax and realize the beauty of life and nature. It's a freedom from all the baggage and worries that you fight through in your everyday routine, it's a present that you must gift yourself with.

For me, an ideal vacation should be very peaceful but at the same time very enjoyable and fascinating. I always love to go to places with people speaking an alien language and having different cultures so that I could experience a new way of living that is completely different from mine. Since, India is a very versatile country as far as cultures are concerned so we are lucky enough to travel in different regions of India and still have a new experience every time. As I live in north India so I have almost traveled the north side of the country but for me what would really be exciting is to travel the south side.

I love to travel by any means be it air, water or land. Traveling in trains in really thrilling, sleeping on the topmost rows and waking up on listening to the vendors selling tea and breakfast, sitting near the window seat and feeling the cool breeze along with the wonderful view of outside, what more could one ask for? But at the same time it takes a lot of time to reach at your destination and could be tiresome and difficult to live in there for few days until you reach your station. For me, I would prefer going by train and coming back via airways since you're quite energetic and active, full with spirit of excitement to go to a vacation in the beginning. And there's no harm in keeping patience and enjoying the experience of traveling in train. On the other hand, when the vacation is done, you are quite worn out and jaded. So, I'd personally prefer traveling by a means that is quite comfortable and would take lesser time to reach. Traveling by airplane can save a lot of time and is much comfortable than going via train or bus. Since, taking air route is much costlier than taking a train so in this way it could actually balance your budget and also your time.

A vacation must be long enough so that you enjoy to utmost but limited enough so that it doesn't create any problem with your work routine or budget. So, for me ideal vacation must last for one or two weeks not more than that. Following is my plan of how I'd like my vacation to be.

Day 1: Departure from Bathinda railway station early in the morning for New Delhi to further board a train for Kerala. Delhi Intercity express departs around 5:00 AM and reaches around 1:00 in the afternoon. And then on reaching New Delhi, boarding the train for Trivandrum that departs around 3:00 PM.

Day 2-3: Staying in train and playing cards with friends and family.

Day 4: Reaching Kerala in the mid evening and checking in at a nice, comfortable and luxury hotel that I would book in advance using the Yatra.com App installed in my phone. Then in the late evening going for the Kovalam Beach in Trivandrum and having fun along with clicking a lot of selfies.

Day 5: Early in the morning, after having breakfast, leaving for the Zoo in Trivandrum and then depart for Ooty taking a Bus. Ooty, the name itself is like heaven to ears, I always think of Ooty as a green, clean and hilly place to visit. Nevertheless, there's a lot more to Ooty.
After reaching Ooty, checking-in at another Hotel that again I would book on my App. Visiting the Ooty Lake and boating is a must. Horse-back riding would also be quite fun.
After boating going to the Tea factory and having a look at freshly processed leaves and finally in the evening going to the Restaurant/Hotel.

Day -6: Early morning leaving for Doddabeta peak that is the highest peak in Ooty and I'm sure it would have amazing views to offer. Then in the late morning leaving for Mysore. The major attractions of Mysore is the Mysore palace that would be the first place to visit. Then visiting Mysore Zoo and see some wildlife. After the Zoo, in the evening proceeding to the famous Vrindavan Garden that also has a Musical fountain and a beautiful light show in the evening. Afterwards staying in a hotel at Mysore and having dinner.

Day-7: Leaving for Bengaluru after having breakfast. Visiting Tipu Sultan's summer Palace and then going to a mall for some shopping for loved ones. In the evening, going to the Hebbal Lake and enjoying the arresting views and yet again taking a lot of selfies.

Day-8: Going to the Bengaluru International Airport and taking a flight to New Delhi via Indigo Airlines that's I think the cheapest of all and at the same time very comfortable, so it suits me the best. I will book this again using the same Yatra.com App(totally a Savior) prior to coming on this Vacation.

I'd also like to mention that I'm a big time foodie, so I would definitely try experimenting with having all kinds of South-Indian food that also adds a big part to my ideal Yatra.
So, this was my 8 Day long ideal Yatra. I hope you found it interesting. Cheers!

Impact of Mr. Perfectionist

He was always a very choosy person. He had the best things in world, perfect living, perfect friends and a beautiful and loving wife. He wanted everything to be perfect around him and the definition of perfect was also defined by his rules. He always took his wife for granted and complained her for not devoting her entire self to him. Nevertheless, she always tried to make him happy and satisfied. He used to come home at late night after working for long hours in office to avoid her.

He never checked her text messages or received any calls. Perhaps he married her because she was his obsession which she, misunderstood as love. After their marriage she became his official possession, so he stopped bothering about her as he slowly realized that she was not perfect. He was never satisfied with her even after the sacrifices she made and always demanded for even more. Though, he was not evil at heart but was a stubborn childlike person who acted like a cold Mr. Perfectionist.

He always persuaded his wife to change according to him so that she could become his ideal wife and his acts made her believe that he's no longer in love with her. One day when he went out for work, he got a phone call from one of his neighbors on listening to which he immediately rushed back to home.

"How did it? When?", he asked in a trembling voice.

"I'm deeply sorry for your loss, dear. May her soul rests in peace", his neighbor said sympathizing his loss.

"She left this piece of paper on the desk", he added.

A tear dropped instantly from his eye on looking at her writing on the paper.

"Check your text message.
                                           Love Priya."

He immediately checked his Inbox and found a recent message from Priya. Here it goes..

"All this time I kept looking,
for some space in your heart.
You kept looking,
For some space to get out of mine.
I kept daydreaming of bliss,
You kept turning them into nightmares.
I kept on trusting your lies,
You kept on doubting my truths.
You became my entire world,
I couldn't become even a part of yours.
I hugged your flaws,
You pierced my soul.
All this time, you were on my mind.
When you kept on complaining that I'm not a perfect lover.
You brutally sharpened your knife like a butcher,
I silently endured without uttering a word of sigh.
...And this was my last text to you."

Mr. Perfectionist then realized that in the search of perfection he even lost his beautifully imperfect love.
He failed to notice the pain that she was going through and never thought that Priya would have such a drastic impact of his arrogant and stubborn behavior. This incident left him in complete shock.

Don't criticize anyone so much that one starts hating one's identity. Always appreciate your loved ones and accept them for who they are.
